Can I use my existing theme as a starting point?
We can, but usually recommend against it. Stock themes carry a lot of code you'll never use, which slows your store and makes future edits painful. A custom build is leaner and faster long-term.
What if I need more than just a theme?
We handle brand identity, copywriting, and Shopify app setup as add-ons. If your project needs them, we'll scope it on the discovery call.
Do you work with Shopify Plus?
Yes. The base build process is the same; we'll add checkout customization and B2B features as needed.
Can I sell in multiple countries and currencies?
Yes — we build Markets-ready themes with live shipping rates per region. Eleva los Días is one example: bilingual-ready, multi-currency, built for phased international rollout.
What happens after launch?
30 days of support is included. After that, you can keep us on a monthly care plan (our Managed Care tier is $50/mo) or hand things off to your team with our documentation.
