These terms and conditions apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and engagements made through each.life, LLC. By placing an order, subscribing to a plan, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation, a signed statement of work, or when a subscription payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline any order or subscription at our discretion.
2. Pricing and Availability
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice until a formal agreement is signed or a subscription is activated. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
3. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal, invoice, or subscription plan. For project-based work, we typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed-upon milestones. For subscription plans, payment is processed automatically at the start of each billing period via Stripe.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and other methods as agreed upon in your project proposal. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
Late payments on project-based work may incur additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we will work with you to make it right. Deposits for custom project work are generally non-refundable, as they cover initial scoping, planning, and resource allocation.
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
