Beach Town Colors is hiring Summer Sales & Brand Ambassadors in Cocoa Beach, Destin, and Miami Beach.
Beach Town Colors is a beach-inspired apparel and gifts brand from each.life, LLC. Every collection is designed around the specific vibe of a specific Florida beach town — the sand, the surf, the locals, the feel. Cocoa Beach has its own. Destin has its own. Miami Beach has its own. And we're looking for people on the ground in each of them to help us sell.
What this is
A flexible, commission-based role. You sell our apparel and gifts — at markets, pop-ups, beach events, to local boutiques, on your socials, however works for you. You get paid for every item sold. You get bonuses for landing wholesale partnerships. You set your own hours.
You're not an employee. You're a partner on the ground in a town we don't live in. That matters to us, and we pay accordingly.
Two ways to play this
The Ambassador. You live in or near Cocoa Beach, Destin, or Miami Beach. You hit weekend markets, art walks, beach events, and pop-ups with our gear. You walk into boutiques, surf shops, and beach stores and pitch them on carrying the line. Commission per sale + bonuses per partnership closed.
The Influencer. You have a coastal Florida audience on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. You post about us, drive sales with your code, and earn on every order plus performance bonuses. No in-person hustle required — your network is the work.
You can do one. You can do both. We don't care how you sell — we care that it sells.
What you'll be doing
- Selling Beach Town Colors apparel and gifts at markets, pop-ups, beach events, and local shops
- Approaching boutiques, surf shops, and event organizers about carrying or stocking our products
- Sharing the brand on your social channels — your voice, your style
- Telling the story behind each collection so buyers connect with the place, not just the product
- Helping with displays, demos, and on-the-ground momentum
What we're looking for
- A real connection to Cocoa Beach, Destin, or Miami Beach — you live there, study there, summer there, or have a following there
- Confident in conversation, comfortable approaching strangers, good at building rapport
- Self-directed — you don't need to be managed, and you actually want that
- Interested in fashion, design, small business, or coastal lifestyle
- Reliable, organized, and motivated by what you can earn
- Prior sales, retail, or content-creation experience is a plus, not a requirement
