Roots of Purpose is the work of Nicole Marie — a guided framework for clarity, alignment, and grounded leadership. When Nicole came to each.life, she didn't need a template. She needed an online home that could hold the depth of what she teaches, and meet her audience exactly where they are when they land on the page.
We built it from scratch.
Six weeks, end to end. From the first conversation about visual language — what the brand should feel like before it ever felt like anything — to a fully live site. No starter theme. No off-the-shelf framework bent into shape. Every page composed around Nicole's voice, her framework (The Way of the Six), and the specific decision points her visitors arrive carrying.
The centerpiece is a custom Wayfinder Quiz. Most coaching sites ask visitors to pick a service from a menu. Nicole's audience doesn't always know what they need yet — that's often why they're there. So we built a self-assessment that meets them where they are, asks the right questions, and routes them to the next step that actually fits their season. Not a funnel. A genuine guide.
Around that, the layers: native Substack integration so Nicole's writing can be subscribed to and read there, multiple purpose-built forms for the different pathways (Living Alignment 1:1, The Frequency of HER group experience, Spark Sessions, Speaking inquiries), and clean editorial typography that lets the writing breathe. Mobile-first the whole way through.
Next on the roadmap: The Wayfinder AI — an interactive chat experience trained on the Way of the Six framework. Ask questions, explore the elements, and receive grounded reflection in real time. It's powered by Hannah, each.life's AI platform, configured here as a guide into Nicole's framework rather than a navigator of the site. Same underlying infrastructure, shaped entirely around what Roots of Purpose actually needs it to do.
The collaboration ran the way the best ones do: close, honest, and iterative. Nicole brought a vision that was clear in feeling and still forming in form. The job was to listen for the difference, build the form around the feeling, and adjust as the work revealed what it actually wanted to be.
Working with Rich, owner and operator of each.life, has been an incredible experience throughout the development of the Roots of Purpose website. Rich has consistently brought patience, creativity, technical skill, and genuine care into the process, helping transform a deeply personal vision into a functional and aligned online space. He has been responsive, thoughtful, and willing to work through both the creative and technical layers needed to bring this project to life. His ability to listen, adapt, and support the evolving vision of Roots of Purpose has made him not just a web developer, but a true collaborative partner in the process.

Nicole is already planning the second build with each.life: EcoRoots Sanctuary, her energetic nature learning community. Different mission, same approach — custom from the ground up, designed around what the work actually does, not what a template can be made to look like.
If this is the kind of build you've been waiting for — a site that reflects the depth of what you actually do, not a templated approximation of it — book a free consultation. We'll talk through your vision, your audience, and what the right shape of site looks like for the work you're doing.
